Engineering that ships, and stays shipped.
I'm a software engineer who designs and builds evidence-grounded systems, where data has provenance, AI operates under human governance, and every production claim traces back to its source. My work spans four core areas: Linked Art and CIDOC-CRM cultural data standards, multi-agent AI with human-in-the-loop governance, full-stack Next.js engineering, and Python services from FastAPI to AG2 agent councils.
Sun & Rain Works began as an art business in 2005. I studied Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in 2005 to 2006, then moved into web development in 2007 and have been building full-time since. The work reflects an evolved specialization: production systems that integrate cultural heritage standards, AI agent design, and modern full-stack engineering.
Every project here is live in production, nearly all on their own apex domain, from an 11-agent operations platform to a headless commerce storefront. Most codebases are private to protect proprietary work, available for review on request. Two are open on GitHub as representative samples: Wikidata Explorer and Artwork of the Day.
Next.js · React
App Router, React Server Components, ISR, streaming Suspense boundaries, and full-stack TypeScript from schema to edge.
Python · AG2 · FastAPI
Multi-agent councils, API service layers, data harvesters, and automation pipelines engineered for production reliability.
Linked Data · CIDOC-CRM · SPARQL
I research and implement museum-grade cultural heritage standards across Wikidata knowledge graphs, Linked Art 1.0, and evidence-grounded data pipelines.
AI Systems Design
I design multi-agent governance systems, RAG pipelines, citation-grounding, human-in-the-loop merge boundaries, and OpenTelemetry observability.
